BKS Conveyancing has grown out of the union of two well-established settlement agencies: Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements and Harman Settlement Service.

Bringing together more than half a century’s experience in the conveyancing industry, BKS Conveyancing operates in the Stirling business district and in Ellenbrook to provide exceptional service levels to all of our clients, for all of their property and business conveyancing needs.

OUR TEAM
BENNETT TOMLINSON
With a degree in Business from Edith Cowan University, BKS Principal, Bennett Tomlinson, has spent
his career working in various roles within law firms, including as a human resources manager,
conveyancer and law clerk. Bennett has been exposed to various clients and businesses in addition to
conveyancing and this background assists Bennett in running his own business and providing the best
quality service for his clients. This also enables Bennett to identify when external advice is required
and through his extensive contacts, Bennett can send his clients to someone he knows and trusts to
provide the right advice.
Bennett is a keen cook and renovator and enjoys the challenge of taking something neglected back to its former glory.

KATIE GRUBISA
Katie joined BKS Conveyancing in 2023, and is currently undertaking studies to become a licensed settlement agent.
Katie's keen interest in real estate, and keeping her eye on the market, drives her desire to settle every transaction smoothly and on time. She is excited to continue assisting clients, as she deepens her own knowledge of the property industry.
In her spare time, Katie spends time with her family and dog, and is renovating her new home to be something amazing.

RHIANAN JAESCHKE
Rhianan returned to BKS Conveyancing after having previously been an assistant with Bradshaw Kulynycz Settlements. Rhianan and Bennett worked so well together during her earlier tenure, that she was welcomed back with open arms in 2021. Rhianan is an admin superstar and manages not only files but many of the back office functions at BKS.
In her spare time, Rhianan enjoys spending time her husband, kids and dog, and camping in gorgeous locations around the state.
